SAT Exam Syllabus
SAT test has mainly three sections
Writing: The writing section has a essay type section and multiple choice section. The essay section, which is the first section of the test, is 25 minutes long.
Critical Reading :
The critical reading section of the SAT has three sub-sections. There are two 25 minute sub-sections and one 20 minute sub-section. The question in these sub-sections are multiple choice questions pertaining to either short reading or long reading passages. These questions test reading comprehension, sentence completion and paragraph length critical reading
Mathematics :
Mathematics section consists of three sub-sections. There are two 25-minute sections and one 20-minute section
One of the 25 minute sections is entirely multiple choice with 20 questions.
The other 25 minute section contains 8 multiple choice questions and 10 student response (grid in) questions
The shorter section is all multiple choice with only 16 questions
